Having initially trained as a lawyer, it was Lucy’s attention to detail and passion for doing the right thing that ultimately guided her into insurance. It was during this time that Lucy also worked with the cabinet office helping to simplify insurance terminology before moving into niche brokering.
After a short break to work in the charity sector and start a family, Lucy returned to commercial insurance.
With 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry, it was clear her integrity and appetite for insurance would be better served looking after her own clients. Lucy is driven to provide a no-nonsense approach, maintaining transparency and integrity, so her clients trust they are in good hands.
MARKETING & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Passionate about communication, as a qualified marketer Sara brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. As the newest member of the team, Sara’s role is to look after existing clients alongside creating customer-centric marketing communication that emphasises our culture, proposition and values.
Before joining The Willows, Sara worked with Arthur J. Gallagher consulting clients on their internal communication proposition.
The Willows Insurance Services was established in 2018 and is based at Stansted Park on the South Coast of England.

You’ll receive all your quotations, and policy documents digitally (unless you specifically request paper copies). As well as that, for every 10 policies we put on cover or renew, we arrange for a tree to be planted. Your small action has big results.
