Our CPRE policy includes:

  • Employers liability cover of £10,000,000
  • Public Liability cover of £5,000,000
  • Trustee indemnity cover of £250,000 
  • Legal expenses cover of £100,00


Additional cover can be arranged on request.



This cover is underwritten by a UK-based charity specialist insurer who has significant experience of working closely with charities, volunteers and trustees.

“To promote the improvement and conservation of the local countryside. Activities include: lobbying local authorities and central government; improving public awareness and education; light manual conservation and gardening work; organising business events with up to 1,000 attendees; attending third party events; social groups.”

  • Protests, marches and demonstrations
  • Use of machinery (hand tools excluding chainsaws are fine)
  • Events with fireworks
  • Events with inflatables
  • That you have fewer than 10 full time staff and 10 full time volunteers, together doing no more than 800 hours per week. If that's not the case, just provide the correct information below.
  • That your group have made no claims in the last 5 years and there were no incidents which could have led to a claim.

To send us your request for a quote, your questions or ask about additional cover, all you have to do is enter your details below. When we have all your information, we’ll then send you a “contract certain” quote for you to review. We'll do that during normal office hours as soon as possible after your request has been received. Then, all you'll need to do is decide whether it's the right cover for your Group. If it is, just accept the quote and we'll arrange cover to start when you need it: it really is that straightforward.
